Replying to: US Celluar Sold to Verizon by uscellualragent
Looks like it's only disclosing some partnership they have with Verizon in NY in the St. Lawrence Seaway rural service area. USCC also has a small investment with Verizon in Los Angeles of like 10% too. They have several investments with Verizon from what I've gathered. If they got bought out, it would be all over the internet and not just a small hidden paper buried on their website. Just like when they sold off their Chicago to St. Louis markets, it was all over the internet and the company too. If they sold out to a competitor, we'd all know it within a few hours to days after the agreement. That's not to say they may not be trying to sell considering how bad they are doing anymore. I don't know why they only sold part of their company to Sprint. That really didn't make a lot of sense. Verizon doesn't need us, but Sprint still could use our markets since they mostly just cover along the interstates and metro areas. AT&T could too since they suck in rural areas. Even T-Mobile could after their merger with Metro. I'm sure someday soon your fears will come to pass.
