I love how the general consensus for many is that if you want to treat customers better then by all means you better do it for free, and when they complain that networks aren't developed fast enough and that USC is slow to get phones then that is BS too. How DARE they charge for things that have been costing the company MILLIONS.

Advanced exchange program has been around for years... It started that only about 500 smartphones per month were sent in. Manageable and reasonable cost of doing business. Smartphone sales have grown exponentially and since most phone that the MANUFACTURERS make aren't flawless machines in any way that number of advanced exchanges has gone to 21,000 per month. $8 bucks to ship... sure, cheap to a point. But not 21,000x per month. How about the Customer service agents that are paid an hourly wage to process all of these? Oh and lets not forget the logistics behind receiving and shipping out new or refurbished phones... Wait, did I say refurbished? Sh!t... That must cost money to have done too. Ok so the technicians for Assurant Solutions must work for free so it doesn't cost much to have them refurbed. $35 Fee!!!! Criminals! The lot of them!

Oh and Mary Dillon. Yep she sure is a rookie CEO. Her previous experience of Senior Chief of GLOABAL marketing for MCDONALDS is such a blause title... smeh. No credence to her experience at all. Shoulda just hired a line cook from Mickey D's or a monkey. I'm sure they are just as qualified.

There is this oddly popular corporate slogan I think I have heard a few times at MCDonald's. Something like ""I'm Lovin' it." Hasn't been too popular. They have only based their entire branding campaign off of it. GLOBALLY.

I'm sure Mary Dillon and her marketing team that developed that are a bunch of dough heads.

Speaking of which... I think the smartest thing to do here would be to hire me as CEO. I've gotta be smarter and more qualified.
