That sounds terrible. You probably just got caught in the crossfires of the pressures on the company. The company is trying its best to push forward and I guess they feel they need to sacrifice certain means in their service to achieve their goal.

It is unfortunate that you had to be one of the customers who fell victim to it, but I hope that when your Verizon contract runs out, you find that US Cellular may be back to where it belongs: caring about the customers and their needs.
