Just got the message yesterday that I will no longer get Saturdays off. Trying for every other Sunday though. yay.

Been here about 8 years and the focus for USC was always the customers. They change the D.O. to focus NOW, on the $$$ our new CEO needs to make. Either that, or the last ditch effort not to get bought out. Pushy sales tactics are now replacing consultative selling. And for those of us that have been here for a while... well, you got yourself a couple months to conform to the NEW and improved initiative. Weed out the tenured employees and hire some young kid outta school that would love to take the cut and pay that we're getting and doesn't have a family to see on the weekends. This is how it is, if you don't like it, bye.

USC is going to take more and more RWC impacting steps to weed out those that aren't going to conform. If its not extreme enough, they'll try harder. There is no value on the work life balance anymore. I think that was a huge issue at our last culture survey?? Now they spring this **** on us.

Its very depressing. I have been here for a long time and overall very happy. But, these new changes they are making, make it very hard to get motivated.

How are we going to have passion, if I'm here every F'n day!
