Why the assertion you should only comment in a USCC forum if you are a current customer/employee?

Now granted, I do not believe someone should be a troll and just bash a company for the sake of bashing them. However, what if a person is an ex-employee or ex-customer, or has worked for various wireless carriers, or is just interested in the industry in general? Why cant s/he post in a USCC forum if not a current customer/employee? I'm sure the T&C of phonescoop doesnt prohibit that.

It seems like when the comments are positive, like "USCC has awesome coverage/the best customer service/ are a good company", no one cares if a person is a current customer/employee. But if it is negative, it is a problem. USCC has invoked some negative comments due to the overhype of their Belief plans and arrogance of some associates (not all of course). I believe if one is respectful, criticism should be ok. The Belief plans has some areas that should have scrutiny but other areas that are very good and deserve commendation. But that is all....(rant over)
