Anyone remember?
Does anybody remember the peace of mind plans? I can't find anything on the OLR about it. I wasn't sure if we could even offer this anymore for someone who rarely uses their phone.

I do not believe we offer them anymore. I think that got taken over by lifeline. But i could be wrong. I would contact cust relations and ask. 😎

i don't know if it has a name, but customer relations has let people switch to $10 or $15 plans in lieu of cancelling... even did a change of responsibility on one.
