Hi , I am curious if any of your CS reps can help me. I am wandering about Call center. I am been offered a job by USCC, I have worked for Cingular for 3 years and I am moving from an area where USCC is not present and cingular centers are not present. Johnson City is the closet cingular center, but I am not moving there. knoxville, tn is where I am moving.I am curious what does USCC pay CS reps, and what are the CS hours of operation. from open to close if you don't mind, and days. I am just trying to get a feel for if its simular to what Cingular does right now. And most important do you enjoy your jobs and do you feel the environment is a positive to work in . any help would be appreciated
