Do you think that USCC will go totally unlimited on the local plans?I know in some of their markets they have lost market share to Cricket because its unlimited is this true and do you think they will go unlimited only serious comments.
...
We're already unlimited in Chicago. Its not likely that they'll go unlimited in other markets though.
...
We offer all you can call Speedtalk and all you can call voice service here in oklahoma city too.
...
Chicago, St. Louis and Oklahoma City all have $69/month unlimited calling plans.
...
I couldn't find it on the uscc website, but when I worked for cs and those plans were active, they didn't have nationwide long distance... you could only call from the local area to someone else in the local area, not to anywhere in the US. If I am wrong, please feel free to correct me, I haven't dealt with the MW market in awhile. 🙂
...
unlimited plans make sense if people actually want them, i dont know the costs required to actually create them in the system but people do not use unlimited minutes, it would definately be a money maker if people went for them.
...
Unlimited discontinued phones, maybe!
...
blah blah blah, it is a pretty nice phone. and hey, we discontinued a couple of phones while other carriers were still selling them too.
...
Please offer me some insight as to why a discontinued phone is so horrible? Why is something so horrible if it works, has all the same features, and performs just as well if not better than your so called "cutting edge" new phones? Step back and try to use your very small brain, and swallow this, the Razr, v323 and all the other "flashy" phones you seek will all be discontinued someday as well! It seems to me that you are easily distracted by flashy phones, much like a cat that is enticed by a lazer pointer. Get it through your shallow head that a great majority of customers just want a phone that gets great reception and a company that is very flexible! In most of USCC's markets, it delivers on that point.

Lake County Indiana is part of the Chicago market, but there's a problem with Lake County Indiana coverage wise. With the Chicago market being part of the old Primeco service, Primeco never built towers around Cedar Lake & Lowell, and because of that, the local plans will pickup Cedar Lake & Lowell as roaming instead of it being area that's supposed to be covered by their maps. I know this because I work with 2 people who tell me that if they didn't have nationwide service, they would be charged for roaming on local, and regional plans don't allow mobile to mobile & night & weekend minutes off network. Sprint picks up calls in Lowell and either Sprint or Verizon Wireless picks up calls in Cedar Lake.
...
We do have all you can call plans in Chicago, but you do get charged Long Distance.
The closest we will get to completly unlimited would be our speed talk. And that's about it.
