6100 Help - PLEASE

😡 When attempting to send a picture message, has anyone ever received an email back saying 01.comOM error, or had the phone freeze? If so, any clues what causes this?

Are you dialing the are code as well as the number? Try sending a picture to your self.

I'm not sure if this would help you, but the first batch of 6100's in February need an update. If it completely freezes, call around to the stores and see if they have the equipment to download the updated software. Takes about 15 minutes. If that's not it, make sure that Easyedge pay as you go and picture messaging is on your account.

Yup, cell is right the first few batches of phones needed an update. they had problems with easyedge freezing up all the time. this is a relatively fast update about 2 min. however if you need teh software update also thats another 20-30 minutes so be prepared to leave your phone or sit around your local uscc store for a little while.
