Yeah BC Us Cellular sucks at testing there phones. Think about this. They tested the 6100 forever, turns out the BREW wasn't working properly when they released it. They tested the 5550 forever, turns out the Screen and Speaker phones were not reliable. these are only two examples.

When I think of testing, I would think they would find all of these issues and fix them right? Well, it looks like they are doing that with these phones now. the only problem is that they are taking there sweet little time to fix it. I wonder if the people who are testing these phones have any idea HOW to REPORT these issues in a timely manner.

This is frustrating and I'm tired of telling my customers that we hav ea smaller selection of phones becau...
