Anything getting better?

Left the company back in August or so and it was a nightmare. It was understandable that customers were PISSED with a capital TO HELL WITH YOU GUYS. I know my store really cared, and was very empathetic but, it got too outta control for me. My sales mgr & mgr seemed to be trying their hardest to keep the peace and help out where they could. But, there was no way it was enough.

Think he took off even, I think? Anyway, how are things going? I'm asking to customers and associates a like. Luckily I haven't had to call in and hold for 45 mins lately. I've actually been sending my payments in. Smile And my Electrify is doing very well. But, I know small towns like ours makes it a pain in the rear. Especially when everyone knows each ot...

It hasn't got much better. You left right when that nightmare started, but it still goes on, just not as much. Tops still crashes once in a while and there are still constant problems with MyAccount, *228, bills not being right, incorrect data overcharges, etc. So, it's still a nightmare, but not as bad as when you left. You got out at the right time. You missed the last 6 months of dealing with angry customers and billing problems. Funny how they gave TOPS such a cool name, but it's the total opposite. Anyway, just be glad you're out of that place.

We all know you cared? I'm sure the store you worked for said it got better when you left. You traded the nightmare for peace, but you look back to phone scoop for the truth.

Usually when people talk about what is doing well they are referring to their health, family, or friends. Not some junked out phone you carry around.

Unlimited talk, text, and stupidity comes included on next month's bill. By the way you can send that bill in.

Crying or Very sad Embarassed So It is my understanding that us cellular has lost so much money due to the wonderful new billing system and loss of money that NOW you have cut your wonderful hard working peoples commission WTF they work there ass off and have had to take so much rudeness and so much hardship and now you are cutting there pay so so wrong shame on you uscellular shame on you I hope you go bankrupt for all you have done to your people and shame on you managers for treating your people like this WWJD all of your RWCS should get together and file a Civil Lawsuite Lets get rid of all the hard workers to save money I so Sorry.
