Hi all, new here. 🙂

I was wondering.. at the end of my USCC contract (which still isn't for a year..), will I recieve a deal on a new phone, or since I am an "existing customer" will I have to pay retail price?
I'm currently using a beat up LG VX6000, simply because I cannot afford the retail price of another fancy phone. Will I still be stuck in this rut at the end of my contract?

If you, most recently, agreed to a 24-month agreement, you will be eligible to receive the current airtime promotion and a handset subsidy 4-months prior to the end of your contract. Contact Customer Service to find out your eligibility date.

If you are in dire need of a new handset sooner, try checking some of your local stores. You might be able to find a previously owned handset at a reasonable price.

At the end of your contract, you will go "month to month" if you do norhing, which means you can leave anytime you wish with no penalty.

If you want a subsidized new phone, you will have to sign a NEW 2-year contract.
