Upon seeing the thread about how U.S.Cellular is number one in a host of categories it really doesn't come as any surprise. This is in the same way its no surprise to the AT&T Customers that their carrier is dead last. The truth of the matter is, is that USC has fantastic Customer Service, both at their call centers and at their stores-at least I can speak for the ones I've been at in the Joliet, Ill area. As a customer the point of my thread is to point out to USC's management that hopefully they can recognize that cutting the pay of their front line people can be VERY DEMORALIZING for the Associates that have helped to bring them this Honor and Success. I'm a sales associate, we are treated fairly. I've made more $ in October and Nov than any other 2 months combined sales wise. Oh and before the new belief plans my primary source of commission was renewals (which we will not be getting paid for now). We are not suffering commission wise.
All in all, the company has always taken care of its associates. I understand the concern some employees have but they should be taking it to their leader, not a forum.
