I had someone come in the other day and this lady asks, "do you all carry Nokia phones?" and we told her no, and she turns around and walks out, without saying another word. They weren't really that great were they?

Sadly the GSM phones are, they never did make a CDMA phone worth much though.

The old TDMA/analog phone they did make were awesome. You could throw them across the room dunk them in water and still work. 😎

I don't even think the GSM phones are really that good. 6101/6102/6102i...I hated those phones. they had so many problems and they felt like baby toys. I have really played with any of the newer ones.

I wouldn't say "don't hold your breath", but Nokia IS making phones on their own for CDMA again. Just how soon they make one that USCC will use is another story.

I love Nokia phones, too, but I just got tired of them not functioning as well on CDMA as some of the other brands. The problem was they didn't have access to the Qualcomm information, and apparently, they do now.

If Nokia would make a CDMA phone worth selling USC would pick it up. They had at least one set to launch last year...had it on the rebate forms and everything. It didn't make it through testing.
