I would think western kansas might be a possibillity.US Cellular thrives in rural markets. One reason is because of a rock solid network deep into some rural areas. Also not as many customers from rural areas want the latest and greatest.
I see them trying to add on to an existing area like Illinois, Nebraska, North Carolina, Iowa, maybe Minnesota...who knows...JMO

yes, Chicago, milwaukee, NW Indiana, Madison and almost the rest of their wide area by Q4 2009

Natural fits for USCC (in my opinion) to purchase are: lower Illinois, SE Virginia, and any of the Carolinas not already covered.
I'm interested to see if USCC will use this to their advantage and spread more nationwide or just fill in gaps in areas that they are already operating in.
