Cancelled assoc account!
So a while back i forgot about my $4 cell bill. Phone went off. paid and it went back on. $50 reconnect for both phones. fine. few months later, other user was supposed to pay bill, forgot, phones went off, $50 reconnect fee. fine. At this point i had to pay $200 deposits for both phones, total $400. Also had to setup my account online for autopayment. The my account does not work properly and i had 2 backed out payments. The company worked on this issue for over a week and could not determine the cause. Just have to make payments over the phone. Since two of my payments were backed out because of my account not working the way it should. my assoc account was cancelled, i recieved a written warning. i would say i feel bad for you but at $4 a month if you miss a payment you dont deserve a phone.
Sorry but my thought.
if my phone bill was 4 bucks a months, i will deposit $400 in that account and forget about my bill for the next 100 months, or set up bill pay thru ur bank not that stupid my account. 😁

I agree. I think its dumb that they are kicking you off the program, but if you can't scrape up enough for a $4 bill then you don't deserve to even have the plan.

Something here sounds fishy.
On your bill remittance slip, it says that if your bill is under $5 per month, that you can pay it with your next bill.
Being the amateur detective that I am, not only were you late, you were 2 months late and get what you deserve.
The requirements are listed in the associate phone program.
