Yes there is a limit. Its only 5mb. If you want unlimited access the 39.99 plan would be it.
Geez Read your Information Right, YOUR WRONG. its 24.95 for personal UNLIMITED Data now without using the BB Enterprise server. dont believe me? Check the Buzz
"Smartphone features may not be used for other purposes to serve as a private line, frame relay or other dedicated connection. Such use or use of more then 5GB per line per month may result in termination of service without notice."
Read it on the back fine print of any data collateral including the one for smartphones. This is an industry standard to prevent hosting and other file transferring service or other data hungry dedicated use.

Also does any one know exactly what type of mail accounts work with the personal version. Lit shows pop3 and standard isp accounts. I have an imap for my personal and an exchange for work. We do not run a bb e-server and I know work will allow win mobile devices to connect to it but I would prefer the bb of a win phone.
US Cellular now has 3 plans.
$24.95 with a 4mb max usage. BES
$24.95 UNLIMITED usage. BIS
$39.95 UNLIMITED usage. BES
Check on uscellular.com. Or better yet, ask a rep at your local store. (we... i mean they... get paid when you want to switch!)
It is Avertised as UNLIMITED BIS OR BES DATA
