I am interested in purchasing the phone for my son but the price is a major factor as I want to buy it outright instead of signing a new contract. If anyone has heard any updates on the availability through U.S. Cellular that would be appreciated as well!

We usually don't get any price info until just before the phone is released, but considering the features of the phone I am going to guess the phone will be $400+ to buy retail
