It is a spiffy phone. 2.0MP w/ flash🙂. Great signal. The texting takes some time getting used to, but it is good. The pearl trackball feels a little more texturized than the 8830 which allows for better control on a smaller screen. Good price, too. 199.95 w/ new contract ro renewal w/ 100 mir (until feb 14 is all i can say for that one) - that is for the midwest market. don't know where you are.

Hello Igot the Pearl recently. Works great and many nice features. Keyboard takes some time to get used too ,but "learns" words fast.
Had trouble loading third part software had to update the phone software. Application loader would not find files.

Would BB pearl from verizon work on us cellular's network? I was just wondering because sometimes the internet options don't work. I really want the pink BB Pearl, but I love US Cellular's service! Thanks!
