Motorola T731c Unlock Codes?

Just bought a T731c off of Ebay for a friend to replace their damaged one. It came with the lock codes in place and security codes in place. So far I have not been able to get a response from the person I bought it from. Is there any way to reset all the codes and essentially get the phone back to factory status?

try four zeros, or if it is six digit try six zeros. last resort you can try to take it to a tech, they should be able to read the lock code,
