Get it if you are looking for a Windows platform to work from and don't rely on consistent email delivery.
If you rely on prompt dependable email... get the BlackBerry 8830. Its a better looking phone too.
Note: Stability can be increased by opening the task manager in the system tools folder and manually killing programs you are not using at the time. If you simply back out of a program, it will stay running in the background and of course too much running the system locks.
I have both the dummy and a live sitting next to me.
Personally I think this color looks alot better then plain old silver.

Con 1: There is no copy and paste feature on this phone. Even though it doesn't have a touch screen...copy and paste is possible. The Blackberry 7130e can perform a copy and paste and it doesn't have a touch screen. (This is just a sign of poor software programming...uscc or motorola should have insist that Microsoft fix this error before putting this is the customers hands to trouble shoot for them)
Con 2: When you receive a text message from somebody that sends it to you from an e-mail account...you can't reply unless you follow this crazy procedure: type in the To Field, then type their e-mail address in the next line (remember...copy and paste doesn't exist ...

Con1 resolve: Standard feature.
Con2 resolve: Allow for recipient list and groups just as you would have when sitting at your desk using Outlook.
Con3 Resolove: As part of the Messaging Integration with Exchange, this is standard.
Con4 Resolve: The Office collaboration allows for this.
