I see this message if I try to use the 'browser' built into my phone.

My question is, does this mean using the internet/browser on my phone is free during nights/weekends? Or is this just worded badly?

It's a caned message. You will ONLY use data when using our data network, this being Easyedge. Other providers like Verizon use airtime, but not us! So add on Unlimited Easyedge for $9.95 and surf away!

What it means is that the Unlimited Easyedge package for $9.95 gives you unlimited browsing. Without the package, everything you go in and are 'surfing' you are getting charged a penny per KB, so KIND OF like a penny a second or so (though not exactly). This adds up quickly, so if you don't have an Easyedge package, get one!
