It depends on your situation. Did you have this phone before and have it break? If not ebay is the best. Also talk to freinds that got new phones to see if they had that phone snd will let you have it. I don't know of any other way. Unless you might be able to go to those 3rd seller websites (EX. Letstalk.com) and see if they still have them. But i am not certain that will work.

If you buy from ebay read the sale carefully and if you have an esn number call up USCC and tell them you got a phone from a freind and was seeing if you could activate it for yourself or your kid or sumthing. don't tell them you are getting it from ebay. they eill say no every time if you say that
