i've had some problems today, too. didn't have any after i just switched to different market side than the one i usually use.
gotta love AIMs! it's much more user-friendly than CARES, though.

I don't! I get accused almost daily of adding illegal SOC codes through aim (talking to CS!) I love being able to say, "But AIM doesn't allow me to use SOC codes, only check what's available" They usually start grumbling and fix what CARES hiccuped and messed up in the first place....
I don't need any more headaches, and online billing should take care of most of our problems with custies and looking at bills.
