So, what you all think? Good or bad? I still wish there had a smaller plan, say 2.95 or somthing. I feel as $9.95 is just to much to add to most peoples account.

I think it's great for people who actually want to use it- no more $400 easyedge bills.

If you work for uscc, you should be able to see that info on the olr. If not, I cannot say at this time. Sorry.

Honestly in the long run once this comes out it'll probably be something stupid just like easy edge in general, yeah it's nice to have but I'm really sick of the hole nickle and dimeing us to death.

yes, you do have to have easyedge to download ringers, as I have yet to find a website that works with USCC.

And it's definitely worth it to have a package for it, because looking for ringers uses a whole lotta kbs! You'd end up with a HUGE bill

This is where Verizon wins on downloads and ringers, ect. with their get it now program.

with verizon, the user can download the ringers, games, ect. and just use air time plus the cost of the download. Which with verizon, it is 50 cents higher to download a modtones ringer, but, we dont have to pay the $9.95 a month for easy edge, so still cheaper.

I guess it is how you look at it, I would rather just pay the airtime when I want to download a ringer, do it at night and weekend usage and the minutes dont cost either, but, if you use and download all the time, maybe this is the way to go, dont know, I just know that verizon is 50 cents higher on modtones, but no monthly charges, so, you would have to be a heavy user to make it pay for ...

I bought a new phone last night, and one of the two sales guys mentioned the promo in front of about 5 customers (including me). The other guy says, "Hey not yet!!! Don't say that yet!!!"

So that is the only reason I know what in the world you all are talking about....

It does not matter at this point if the customer knows about this promo or not because a/o the start date of the unlimited promotion, all 2mb and 10mb customers will be converted to the unlimited plan for $9.95. 🙄

It is just that we cannot put the customer on this unlimited promotion plan until it is actually active on 5/8.

*nods* That makes sense.....I think I had the 10MB plan for awhile; but then when I added my son's sharetalk I wanted to cut expenses.....

I know when I had it I liked to play around with the ringtones and such. I was constantly worried I would go over, but never did. Maybe that will encourage some people to get EE when they were too "worried" about going over to buy a plan....

My contract is up in December.....I can't wait to see what new promos they will have 🙂))
