Sprint Throttles Top 1% of Users, Still Markets 'Unlimited'

Yeah i couldnt resist. If were talking about CDMA and not WiMax, then yes am serious about how they can throttle an already trouble system.
Dont get me wrong, i stil love sprint but to often i get a very slow data connection. Again, on CDMA.
