NOT SO FAST! I was on just-talk.com last week and ordered the Mio 8380. They have been putting me off and delaying me and so I finally called and asked why the delay? The answer: I am being "upgraded for free" to the 8390! So, indeed, it IS coming to the STATES!! 😁
