Maybe you mean only that since their business model isn't based on software that they don't know how to handle software updates, that might be correct. But if you mean that they are intentionally being incompetent as part of a strategy to encourage people to buy more Samsung hardware, as I said I don't think that strategy makes business sense. No company has ever become profitable by deliberately offering shody merchandise and counting on people to 'upgrade' to fix the problems,
