2.2 only?

Its not available on my Vibrant, so I assume it is only available on 2.2 powered-devices.

This uses Flash, so I'm assuming it has similar requirements.

So what exactly is Adobe Air for? Better games?

Basically yes. This means that someone can port their flash game to run ON android instead of load from a website.

Air is set to work on Blackberry's tablet, I believe webOS, Android, and on computers, allowing developers to easily port apps across devices.

Air is used for cross-media compatibility. Developers can create a single program (games, applications, etc) and it will work the same with all Air supported products (PC, Android, etc).
