Adobe AIR Available for Android

The Adobe AIR application recently became available to Android devices via the Android Market. Now that it is available, developers can publish their own AIR-based applications.

Should I be excited?

Whats so special about this? Razz
It means we are going to see a lot more robust applications and games coming out. More than likely whatever the iPhone gets, Android will get too.

2.2 only?

Its not available on my Vibrant, so I assume it is only available on 2.2 powered-devices.
Correct, Froyo+ only.
This uses Flash, so I'm assuming it has similar requirements.
