I love it

I've been using the phone for a little over a month now. I love samsungs. I was using the E 715 for a long time. When the Razr was launched in the states I grabbed that. The razr is a good phone dont get me wrong, but i don't think it can hold a candle to the 809. In the main review of this phone its mentioned that the Razr is a better built phone, and that the 809 doesn't age well. This I cannot dis-agree with. Although i have had no real issues with its physical design, the sliding mechanism is seeming to wear out rather quickly. Again something about the main review. I have to dis-agree with the comments on the battery life. Now i suppose its possible i have a defective battery. It could also be that i am a relatively high user when it comes to phones, but i found the battery life leaving much to be desired. If you turn down the screen brightness it helps a little but I'm lucky if i get a full day out of the battery. Charging every night for me doesn't seem to be an option, but rather a requirement. Now thats not really a big deal for me cause i got into the habit of charging every night anyway, as most people do. The speaker phone is great. The MP3 player functions well too. The phone memory is somewhat limited when it comes to songs, but playing them right from your memory card is just as easy. I love the camera and video. The quality is one of the best Ive seen in a phone. It does have some issues with adjusting to changing lighting conditions, but its only a 1.3 Mp you cant expect too much from it. The sound quality is good from the ear piece. Although it took some getting used to with the ear piece being offset, but that only took a few hours. I love the great display, big, bright, and great for a flashlight. All in all I think the phone is one of the best I've used. Good signal strength, very easy to use. The only complaint I've had is the battery life. i would suggest this phone to anyone looking for something with its capabilities. Oh yeah...the Bluetooth is good too. Very simple and fast when transferring files from one device to another, and use with a headset (i use the Moto H500) is crisp and clear.
