Their are situations where driving without a seatbelt and riding a bike without a helmet is the better choice.
Like if your in an accident and the car catches on fire but you can't get out because the seatbelt is jammed.
Or when your riding a bike and you wanna show off your cool new hairstyle to a group of hotties outside of the bar your riding past.
