I don't hate Spring. It's my favorite season and you're right, anybody who hates spring is a dummy.

I'm not against Sprint in any way, but Android on a 2G phone is downright stupid. I blame Motorola.

I concur. I thought EDGE on an iPhone was bad. Why are we still talking about iDEN in the year 2010 anyway?

I don't know. I wish Sprint would just let iDEN die. Releasing a new smartphone for a network they don't plan on supporting... rediculous. . .

Yeah, how stupid of Sprint and Moto to release a smart phone for the iDEN network. The people that use the network and need to use the network shouldn't be able to choose this phone. The brilliant people on phone scoop know better than the actual users of the device what they need!

Honestly, if it doesn't sound like the device you want- don't get it. Sprint isn't going to show up knocking on your door telling you that you have to get the phone, or the network.

And as someone with an iPhone on EDGE, I can tell you that it isn't that bad. Sure, it could be faster- but it could also be slower. I know I'd be fine with the speed of this device, particularly since Wifi is available in many places now.
