The phone has PC sync software stored in the phone's memory and it is installed during the connection of the sync cable to the computer. I only mentioned this as a correction because this is considered a PC sync device. Sure it can't be synced to do as much as a smart device can but it certainly can be synced for a lot of reasons. For my next bit, this could be a misunderstanding between you and I; however, if you were referring to the ringer sound quality and did not find a difference between the sound quality of the 5600 ringer in conjuncture to any other cell phone ringer you should try it out one more time. The new Sanyo multimedia devices have an incredible sound output for a cell phone. I also never disagreed with your statement that the phone's overall sound output lacks a "loud but not deafening" setting. I do appologize for saying that I wasn't impressed with the article, that was not the truth. You did a great job with the article, and if I didn't think so I wouldn't have bothered to put out an article correction. Sorry I think I must have been having a bad day or something!
