Good news for agents...
...but bad news for Corporate employees (in the affected states) who will lose wages and commissions during the strike. 😕

Yes Indeed. I work for an agent and my only fear is that customers won't be able to get service when they call in for an issue. I am huge on customer service, so I just hope the people who matter, "customers" dont suffer.

Most likely the company will shift non-union workers around to provide some limited support for affected stores.
In some cases I think unions are useful, especially in business' where the unions fight for worker safety, but other times I think they could be hurting their members. I know corporate sales people have a LOT of perks and protections that I as an agent do not have. There has to be a balance in a company's responsibility to its employees and it's responsibility to investors.
The unions are not nationwide, so it's not like all corporate stores will be affected at once and there are plenty of agent locations which will still drive sales. This reduces the effectiveness of a strike. One month of lost wages could easily offset...

Managers will be taking calls (some who havent assisted since TDMA days on calls) They have been told to expect 6 day work weeks and 13 hour days. They get no compensation or overtime pay.

Yeah but like in the state of Nevada each and every employee are in the union so there are no non union members to shift arround i know pretty much everyone in my store will be outside the store during the strike.
