Have you used the 800w? That thing has so many problems and is just buggy. I have played with the pro some and haven't noticed any issues, but it is too early to tell
The phone itself looks sweet! I love that palm FINALLY made a phone where the screen is not recessed. The black makes it look really sleek, but it is a little slippery
