W. Virginia Senator Pushes for 3-Month DTV Delay

First off you sound like a jackass. You obviously dont know what the hell you are talking about. First off no one blamed Bush for Katrina. People blamed the Government for not acting swiftly on a natural disaater. It shouldn't take the government an entire week before deciding to act especially when your own citizens are in a dire situation. Futhermore there were tons of reasons to why people were not able to get out of town. Everone are not in a position to freely leave when they want too.

Secondly, I do agree with the fact that they shouldnt delay the transition. But I also believe that it is imparative that the government cough up the funds so that people can get their coupons before the transistion takes place. It's not the people's fault that the government ran out of money. It doesnt matter if they decided to wait till the last minute to get their coupon. They still decided to get their coupon before the final cutoff date. This is a government issue and they need to try to fix.
