As the article states : the 700MHz spectrum set aside for public safety networks
Delaying their availability will effect police, fire and emergency communications. Much needed in areas that are at full capacity in other means of communications.
While I agree the delay is not warranted, they should exclude the 700Mhz spectrum.
Imagine not being able to contact an ambulance if your loved one needed emergency care, or being put on hold or getting a recording if you were calling the fire department?
