HTC G1 to Sell for $148 at Wal-Mart

You can say what you want about Walmart, but they are masters of product distribution. So if you have a (new) great product and want to make it disperse it over a large geographic area quickly, then why look any further than Walmart. Once the G1's start selling quickly ---which they will, it will lead to a price war with Apple in which the consumer is the primary beneficiery 😁 . If that doesn't sound good, i don't know what does.
