I've been a trusty Blackberry user for over 3 years now. Until last year, nothing can compare to the efficiency, ease of use, and symbolic upperclassmanship that my Curve and 8703e commanded wherever I went for business or pleasure. I agree with both of you, but until they really fix the tactile feedback problem, I feel like buttons are much better. I know they have the technology to have a real 'push back' on touch screen phones. I understand its cost prohibitive at the moment, but until this comes out, its hard to compare the 2. Vibrating when you push a button doesnt really help signify that you're hitting the right key, just hitting a key in general. I have used a Voyager, and that's the only thing I dont like about the outside screen.
