Hmm, "mail" was the explanation given by the PR person, but looking closely at the full-res photos I have, it does seem to say "mall" instead. 
I really wouldn't read too much into it. It is just a user-created shortcut to a web page. There are myriad scenarios I can think of off the top of my head where a PR person or executive created that shortcut just as part of a demo (this is a demo unit after all.) I'd say it's unlikely it means anything concrete about the Storm and Rogers.
