LMAO...I mean Cingular spends money to rename AT&T Wireless and there are still old AT&T Legacy customers...and now this....I mean this is too much and yeah the name will be back to AT&T Wireless. I liked Cingy and the logo....but Ma Bell is back and she is BAD!!

there is a chance they might not choose to go with "at&t wireless". it could be "at&t mobile" or "at&t cellular" for all we know. i read that the actual name had not been decided yet.

I think that the decision pretty much has been set in stone that bringing back the "Wireless" portion of the name was not a good idea. And I don't think AT&T Mobile was ever considered, only because of it's similarity to T-Mobile.

any one working in Cingular right now on store level. "sir, we once told you that every thing good ia Cingular now, and AT&T is the thing of the past. But now, we have new and improved AT&T to take place of the Cingular that we put u on."

I understant the trust and recognition that the name AT&T brings, but this is stupid. In the span of 5 yrs in NYC, i've seen people ask waht the hell is a Cingular, to almost everyone having it with a few AT&T wireless people holding on to their old plans. So what happens to the people with AT&T wireless plans like that 99.99 unlimited package? and the handful of TDMA customers?

europe shut that crap down years ago, cingular, at t whatever it is now (poor little jack), needs to be more aggressive w/ these old AT&T customers and plans and get rid of them, and TDMA. this is gonna cause some confusion for a while.
