Absolutely Incredible
What's sad is they were among the first to get the smartphone 'right' - select a few features and make them work really well. In an era where a Windows Mobile phone would freeze and lock up mid-day or a Palm phone would require numerous hard resets, Blackberries simply always worked.
Now... sheesh. I guess it's testament to their reputation that they were able to survive this long, but they don't make a single competitive product- and haven't for years.
(My favorite line from their advertising is "We need tools not toys" in response to the iPhone, which is pretty ballsy when your signature email product keeps suf...
