ANOTHER Open Letter To Daniel R Hesse & Bob Johnson

Dear gentlemen,

I just want to say that I and many others feel hoodwinked by your company. We have been faithful to your brand for many years. Me... from the days of Nextel when it was a solo company, then when you bought it out.

You have your nice legalese that permits you to hide behind. Here is why I feel you are descending into a "crappy company."

You heavily advertise 4g LTE and push and sell in your stores and affiliate stores LTE phones. You mention that you will have your LTE service up and running by around a certain date. You fail miserably because we naively trusted you and we bought those LTE phones only to discover: a) they don't do standard 4g any longer and b) many months later you still have no LTE in our giant metropolitan city (Miami right smack in the business areas), and c) we get the snail paced 3g service that stinks to the heavens and is a disgrace since we pay about 135 dollars for less service than Boost, MetroPC, etc. who get 4g and more for much less.

I have called your cust. support line and each time I have to go four or five levels up to fight politely for a discount. For a few months I got a measly 50 dollars off until you guys said, "Enough!" forcing me to bow to your Highness and grovel paying you exorbitant prices for puny services. Yes... you have your hypnotic legal statement scripts that you give your customer service reps. I still see that you leave a very bad taste in mistreatment of your loyal customers. You need to reimburse monies for undelivered services to us, your customers. You are making a killing off of me while not giving me what you subtly convinced me to buy from you. Why don't you take all your LTE phones off the store shelves in those markets that you still are not in? It is because you still intend to sell them and then STILL have no service. Yes, your engineers are working night and day to install it. In Miami, your engineers must be incompetent since you have already shot your schedule by at least 6 months. Bad management. I don't trust you Mr. Hesse. I have this picture that you and Sprint are money hungry and will shoot your Golden Goose just to squeeze a little more out of it. You are free to contact me to give me a peace pipe. I will be impressed if you do. So far your service stinks and I will in the near future plan to inform all my professional buddies to stay away from you and give them all the reasons.
