Utter incompetence

It shows utter incompetence for the manufacturer to get to the last minute only to realize (and announce to the customers) that it cannot make good on a promise like this. If the people at Motorola are really so clueless that it took until now for them to realize they couldn't handle this customization then they deserve to fail.
