I was actually in a really bad mood one day when I had a customer threaten to cancel, and instead of doing the usual back pedal that they expect, I just said 'well...okay I'll get you over to cancellations and they'll get that done for you today'....

Suddenly the customer's tone did a complete 180 Cool
