What consumers don't think about!

Ok yes companies like Verizon and AT&T are very greedy and consumer unfriendly with their policies. Especially taking away the ability to get reduced pricing prior to the 2 years. Now we all get angry at these companies for doing so. But us consumers never see things through their eyes. How many times are three people you know and the many thousand clients here on phonescoop talk about the many phones they buy in a short period of time. You have no idea how many times I hear about people saying in the last year I owned the IPhone 5, the latest Blackberry, the Samsung Galaxy III and now had to have the 4. Now is there really a need to own all these phones. These kinds of things happened when the discount pricing was a much looser practice. Not only did the consumer get the benefit of a cheaper phone but use the phone then turn around and sell it on eBay for full retail price. So that brings us to where we are today where AT&T had enough and now will make us wait the full 2 years. Yes they are greedy but many consumers are as well. I know this has hurt and punished me but fair is fair I suppose.
