Why is it that you believe yourself to be above this fee - while everyone else has to pay it? You're loyal? I'm loyal to my gas station and electric company - I don't get anything for it. They provide me a service, and I pay for it.
I always hated people who thought they were above certain fees and treatment. It's that entire attitude of "Oh, other people pay it, but not me, I'm a special snowflake".
I agree. I work for ATT and I hate when people call in and cry until the upgrade fee waives. I just want to scream at the customer through the phone...
