I agree with you. I work in a store that sells phones (Boost Mobile included) that has a large amount of spanish speaking customers. They come into my store and try to get serviced knowing the english words: phone, yes, no, money; and expect me to be able to help them out. Most of them get angry at me and come back later with other people who speak better english and tell me that I messed up and did something wrong. They need to learn how to speak English. This is 'Merica. I guess these new stores will be good for spanish speaking people, but most of them are not going to be able to get a contract. To what you were saying about no effort to learn: i've had some of the same customers for three years that have not improved or learned english in any way. No effort what-so-ever. I have no problem with immigration, but I do think people need to assimiliate to our language if they think they should be helped in our stores. If I moved to Mexico, I would learn Spanish.
