AT&T has over 50% of the island covered in LTE. Doesn't look like Verizon has any real coverage, though. Just some 1x, no LTE.
Sidenote... you'd think they'd make it easier to find their coverage map and work it. It's a pain to just scroll around on it.

VZW does not have any wireless network assets in Puerto Rico. VZW sold its Puerto Rico Telephone subsidiary to América Móvil fully six years ago.
